We build software that quietly removes the most tedious part of email: putting every message in the right place.
Why we built it
Email isn't the problem — sorting it is. Most of the messages that land in a working inbox don't need a reply, just a home. Doing that by hand, or maintaining a tangle of Outlook rules, eats time and never really stays done.
mailbud started from a simple idea: let AI read each incoming email and file it where it belongs, the way a thoughtful assistant would — without rules, without a new inbox, and without ever sending mail on your behalf.
How we think about your data
Your inbox is private, and we treat it that way. mailbud connects through Microsoft's official Graph API using OAuth, so we never see your password. Your Microsoft tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, everything runs on EU infrastructure, and your mail is never used to train any AI model. mailbud only reads and files — it cannot send, reply, or forward.
